Thinking about Monday’s show on 95.7-FM The Game

Big picture … We got the 49ers losing a game to the Rams that we all know didn’t matter; and we’ve got the Warriors getting blown out by the Toronto Raptors 133-118. That’s why tomorrow, it’s got to be mostly a Warriors conversation, right?

**Warriors look like a team that’s in a lot of trouble. Owner Joe Lacob and optimistic fans thought this team could win another NBA title. Now they’re not even contending. Forget another championship, here’s the real challenge: Convince someone objective the dynasty ISN’T over.

**Draymond Green is on his way back from suspension, but is that good or bad? Seriously, how are the fans feeling about Green coming back later this week — likely on the team’s four-game road trip starting Friday?

**Chris Paul and Gary Payton II will both miss the next month or so, but to me, that’s more a blessing in disguise than excuse for anything that may occur in future. The Warriors have too many players who think they should be playing more minutes than they should. So, at least when this happens, those guys get their opportunity to be better with the playing time they never deserved in the first place.

Don’t worry … We’ll be talking of plenty of 49ers as the week unfolds.

Small, slow, old but more important still living in the past from those Klay comments after the game, big changes should be come next season, forget about this season is over.
